“Hello – We would like introduce ourselves and our Company – Mobility Matters in Grantham.
We are Philip and Suzanne Collins and have lived in the Grantham area for the past 35 years. We are Born Again Christians and are active members of the local New Life Christian Fellowship.
After running our own Domestic Appliance repair company for 20 years, we had become increasingly disillusioned with the poor quality and lack of reliability built into modern appliances.
Having both cared for ageing parents and being aware of the many vulnerable people being “ripped off” in the mobility field, we were convinced that we could make a difference in this complex market.
Out of this conviction Mobility Matters was born! We believe an honest, reliable and friendly approach is the only way forward. People need to be treated with respect, not pressurised- to allow them, with the right advice, to make their own informed choices.
With Philip’s retraining in the mobility industry and Suzanne’s flair for business administration, creativity and caring attitude, we felt this gave us the right credentials to look after people with mobility needs, providing them with the best solutions. Keeping up to date with an ever changing market is vitally important and it’s our intention to keep our customers fully informed of the latest services and products.
